Founded in 2024 by three women leaders–Rahayu Saraswati (Member of DPR RI 2024-2029), Diah Pitaloka (Member of DPR RI 2019-2024), and GKR Hemas (Member of DPD RI), this organization targets several main issues, namely women's leadership, women and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), women and peace efforts, empowerment of women's Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), as well as the role of women in Natural Resource (NR) management, clean energy development, and environmental crisis mitigation.
Developing greater interest and opportunities for women to engage in science and technology development to actively participate in solving various problems at personal, professional, and civilizational levels.
Striving to open access for women to be effectively and qualitatively involved in leadership positions and decision-making in various development sectors, at the community level, and in political institutions–both at regional, national, and international levels.
Increasing women's access and skills in managing economic resources, including building and developing businesses/enterprises.
Increasing women's access and skills in promoting peace and security, stopping various forms of violence and discrimination, and providing support for victims of social conflict or other forms of violence.
Increasing the capacity of communities, especially women, to manage Natural Resources in a healthier and more sustainable way, develop clean energy, and implement climate crisis mitigation measures.
